Available Shipping Methods

We offer different delivery methods to suit your needs:
• Pick Up from our Location in North York/Toronto (200 Consumers Rd, North York, ON M2J 4R4)
• Delivery in the City of Toronto (Free over $200)
• Delivery in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)
• Delivery within the province of Ontario
• Shipping outside of Ontario (by Canada Post)
• Delivery by other courier company
• Delivery costs
• International Shipping (outside of Canada)
• Goods Damaged in Transit

Physical Pick Up
You can pick up your order from our main location in Toronto (200 Consumers Rd, North York, ON M2J 4R4)
Orders for pick-up require a 4-24-hours lead time to process and prepare the order. Please let us know in advance the time when you would like to pick up the order and get confirmation before your arrival.
Pick Up Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Delivery in the City of Toronto
– $20 (by our own courier) or by Canada Post rates
– Free for orders over $200 before taxes (by our own courier).
Make sure that the selected address is correct and that you will be present at the reception of the goods.
If you want our own carrier to warn you an hour before delivery, fill in the “Add Comments About Your Order” on the checkout page. Please note preferred delivery date and time or special instructions. We make every reasonable effort to meet these requests.
The shipping time is from 1 to 3 business days from when your order is received.

Delivery in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) including Peel (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon), Halton (Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills), York (Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, King, Whitchurch–Stouffville), and Durham (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, Uxbridge, Scugog, Brock)

– $35 Flat Rate (by our own courier) or Canada Post.
– Free for orders over $300 before taxes (by our own courier).

Delivery within the province of Ontario
– $50 (by our own courier) or Canada Post
– Free for orders over $350 before taxes (by our own courier).
Make sure that the selected address is correct and that you will be present at the reception of the goods.

The shipping time is from 1 to 3 business days from when your order is received.

Delivery by other courier company
If you have an account with another delivery company, you can use them to transport your purchases. Please place your order and specify this type of delivery. We will send you the information about your order (size, weight, and number of boxes). Then you will send us the data for printing stickers for each box.
Write to us if you have additional instructions.

Delivery costs
Follow these steps:
1. Place what you wish to purchase in the shopping cart.
2. Select shopping cart.
3. Choose your destination.
4. We instantly calculate the delivery cost.

International Shipping
You can either purchase through Etsy or contact hyeprint.ca@gmail.com for international shipments.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service by email.

Important

Goods Damaged in Transit
We request that all of our customers inspect their items thoroughly before signing for a shipment. If the goods or packaging appear to be damaged please sign for the items as “Damaged”. If the items are not signed as “Damaged” we will be unable to claim the damage back from the courier. If an item has been damaged visibly in transport and has not been signed as instructed above then we will be unable to process your claim for damage.
All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified in writing within a period of 2 working days following delivery of the goods.
We would ask that you take photographs of the damage and email the pictures to hyeprint.ca. We cannot process a claim of damage without a photo evidence.
